Lifting Day One
I did pretty good yesterday. Ate perfectly until dinner. Had a little lasagna it was really tasty. Today I packed all my meals to avoid that today. I’m shooting tonight so I woke up at 5:00 to get my lifting done. I’m glad that I did it but I’m already sore. Going to weigh myself again Monday. Hope that I’m back on the scale by then.

Weight Impossible
OK so the good news is I got up today at 5am and ran on the elliptical for 45 minutes. So yay for me! My idea was to post my weight as I move forward. The problem is that the scale doesn't go as high as my current weight. So all I can say is that I am currently over 270 lbs.
I brought all my food today and I'm going to stick to that so I hope to be able to post my actual weight soon.

Running on the elliptical
So tommorow morning at 5am I'm back on track. In going to run on the elliptical and watch an episode of Dr. Who. So I'll get about 45 minutes of cardio and knock out an episode. The juicing has been going well. Made my first veggie juice today carrots and celery with a but of lemon. Going to weigh myself in the morning and post that. My hope is that it will inspire me not to give up.
