Running on the elliptical
So tommorow morning at 5am I'm back on track. In going to run on the elliptical and watch an episode of Dr. Who. So I'll get about 45 minutes of cardio and knock out an episode. The juicing has been going well. Made my first veggie juice today carrots and celery with a but of lemon. Going to weigh myself in the morning and post that. My hope is that it will inspire me not to give up.
